When you visit our Lewisville, TX, Orangetheory studio, you’d better be ready for the most productive workout you will ever experience. Though challenging, our workout is fun and energetic – and our members have a wonderful camaraderie.
Orangetheory hour-long group sessions are a perfect blend of cardio and strength training exercises which include treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, TRX suspension training, weight training blocks, and floor exercises.
During your Orangetheory session you will be fitted with a heart-rate monitor and POD, so we can monitor your heart rate during the 5-zone interval training sessions that we call the Orange 60. If you would rather purchase your own monitor from our great front desk staff, you are able to do so. During your 60-minute workout, you will perform multiple intervals designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your max heart rate – which equals zones 4/5. With a workout that involves your whole body, you’ll feel a boost in your metabolism and energy level with each interval. Our workout program also produces an "after-burn" effect, which means that your metabolism remains elevated for 24 to 36 hours after your session.
If you have a desire to lose weight or tone up, or would like to increase your speed, or build your strength and power, with the motivational staff, challenging workouts, and energizing environment at Orangetheory, we have the perfect tools to help you achieve your goals.
From our spacious, clean and modern studio space, to our lively music, and our helpful staff, Orangetheory Fitness will motivate you to get up and get moving. HEART MONITORED TRAINING
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
